SUBCULTURE & disruption

In the early 2000s, Nathan Martin was leading a collective called the Carbon Defense League and fronting a grindcore band called Creation is Crucifixion. He began collaborating with like-minded artists and engineers at the STUDIO for Creative Inquiry at Carnegie Mellon University. Deeplocal began as a spin off of this art and technology lab. Soon after, we disrupted the industry with the first use of robotics in advertising with Nike Chalkbot. The rest is history in the making.
